Amazing that it's gluten-free!
This product is fantastic! It soaks up the flavors of what it used in and you can't even tell it's gluten-free!

Great texture & very good in recipes
This was my first time to cook any type of couscous. I followed the directions on the bag. The recipe that I followed that called for couscous turned out really good. Some times with GF products the texture can be not very good, but with this product the couscous pearls held their shape and had a soft texture that blended well with the vegetables (used Spinach instead of kale), spices & flavors in the recipe.

Maybe they were old ?
These taste stale and cooked up like mush. So dissapointing.

You would never know this is gluten free

Pretty good!
Considering that most Passover products are meh, especially gluten-free ones, this couscous is quite good! The texture is close to that of “real” couscous. Easy and quick side dish. Use a non-stick pan and less oil than suggested.

Really good
Take onions, mushrooms and saute. Add 1/2 cup of couscous and half a cup of Kasha( for added protein) and brown. Add chicken stock and cover until tender. You're welcome.

Burn from following instructions
I followed the product cooking instructions and it resulted in burning my hand when I added the boiling water. These instructions should be updated for consumer safety. The product was a good gluten free option.

Sticks to pot
Fickle cooking conditions. Sticks to bottom of pan so make sure it's boiling when you put it in, as then be sure to keep stirring so it doesn't stick (and I'm saying this about a nonstick sauce pan). Decent flavor texture if it doesn't accidently become mush. Recommend rinsing it after the boil. Ridiculously expensive, and agitatingly in 7 ounce packs instead of a full cup. If it was $5 per cup of pasta or less I would add a star, and if it didn't stick I would add the second star. I will update this if things change for better or worse.

It’s hard to find great tasting gf couscous. These weren’t great, but good value for money and easy to cook. Just disappointed with the flavour.

The cooking instructions result in an oily, horrible mess
