10/10
These are the best quality strings I’ve ever used. Other brands’ strings usually start to corrode after 2 weeks of use. These strings don’t even show wear until a couple of months of use. They have a great sound and they feel great.

Not going back to strings without optiweb
My son has sweaty hands and plays daily so strings either rust or snap within a few months. These have lasted an entire year. No rust, no snapped strings.

Wish the D were a 30
Extremely smooth feel yet no plastic feel, so greatly reduces finger squeak and reduces callusing if you play a lot of rhythm. The sound on the trebles is also a touch fatter than the other biggest selling brands. That makes a big difference to me when you have a thin 9 and 11 on top. With some brands, to my ear you just have nothing on those top 2 I just wish the 4th string were a 30 instead of 32. Usually a 10-52 set is 30-42-52. These are 32-42-52. That one difference is surprisingly big. It feels like a beefier set with that D being .002 bigger. I don't think that extra tension is needed because the D is never really a buzzy string, but rather the A and E are.

Great Strings!
I put these on 2 of my guitars, my Godin Icon Type 2, which is a Les Paul style guitar, and my Epiphone ES-335 Pro. They’re great strings. Very comfortable to play and they have great tone. Excellent strings for the money.

Amazing set of strings
I originally bought these strings as a direct replacement for my Jackson Dinky js22 DKA, but I was unaware that Jackson string gauge is 0.009-0.042. Extremely light string gauge compared to the 0.010-0.052 I bought. The strings at first were very hard to press on because my fingers aren’t use to such thick strings. Although lowering the tuning to from normal to a a 1/2 tune will help tremendously. The heavy light strings are really meant more for lower tune, and they feel incredible. I’d highly recommend these for anyone who often plays 1/2 or drop D tune. If not I’d recommend getting 0.009-0.042 a lighter gauge if you own a Jackson, and looking for a direct replacement.

Great feel and tone.
Great strings that sound nice and crisp and last a long time. They feel slick and stay in tune. I use these thick stings gauges as I tune to D standard tuning on all my guitars. I uses these on my PRS custom 24 10 tops and all my Gibson Custom Les Pauls. I even use them in my custom fender strat. Would definitely recommend trying these out.

Elixir hater? Give these a try...
Longtime Elixir nanoweb user - but happy with these too. Basic Elixir feel and tone, but a little different than nanoweb. Still, in the same family of feel and tone. SUMMARY: If you like nanoweb, you'll like these. If you are the trad-string type, but tried them and "almost" liked nanowebs, then give Optiweb a try. A good compromise between the "no coating" feel and the longevity benefits of a coated string...but tilted a bit to the non-coated side of the boat as far as feel.

Great tone and playability. Longer lasting than regular strings. Check for optimal pricing. It shouldn’t cost over 1k-1.1k per set. Else, it’s a rip off
