This computer has worked fine except for one problem. The power cable wasn't getting a good connection on the back of the monitor and the monitor would go off. I changed the cable and it works fine now. If not for that I would have given it a 5 star rating. It was shipped very fast. I ordered it on Friday and it arrive Monday.

Got a new to me computer and setup was super easy once I contacted Frank at tech support . Fast quick response and resolution to my inability to see what was right in front of my eyes. We needed a new PC at the country estate and this was just right.Thanks again Frank! You rock!

I received the product 2 days earlier than expected so that was a plus. But it was shipped with VGA cable when the PC itself does not have VGA port. Although it was not an issue for me since I had spare display port cable. The WiFi adapter on the other hand was slowing down my Internet browsing. I first thought there was an issue with the computer. But after several troubleshooting steps, purchased a stronger WiFi adapter and the computer is perfect!
