Got pregnant on the first cycle trying thanks to these! THANKS
These are awesome and affordable- a great option for those trying to conceive. Most importantly, they WORK! Having 40 ovulation strips really gives you enough to pinpoint exactly when ovulation occurs. And it worked great for us- we ended up conceiving on the first cycle (we're pretty healthy, both age 30). Here's what I did- for about 3 months before conceiving, I started tracking my cycles with a free app ("Cycles"). After about 12 days, I started using these ovulation predictor strips daily to determine when the LH surge occurred, which should be approximately 24 hours before ovulation. Note= the LH surge can be brief (like 12-24 hours), so test at the same time each day or even twice a day when you expect you may ovulate. I did this a couple more cycles and established when I ovulated. When it came time to "try", we made sure to have intercourse on the 4 days before and on ovulation day (the day after O is good to do too). About a week later I began experiencing mild pregnancy symptoms, and used one of the pregnancy strips 5 days prior to my expected period. There was a super faint line, so at that point I bought a first response test to get a stronger positive line for sure. Seeing a line that early is pretty decent sensitivity for a cheap test like this! I then used the pregnancy test strips every few days to confirm that my hCG levels were increasing. Anyway, both the ovulation and pregnancy tests are great and I highly recommend them for anyone TTC. I will definitely buy again should we find ourselves trying again in the future!

Buy for the tests...love it for the box.
So, first of all haven't tried the hpts yet. The opk gave me a nice, clear negative line, but exactly where it should be for so early in my cycle. I tend to have a weaker surge, so this test might give someone with a strong surge several days of +s or create a hook effect and never give them a +. Okay, now for the best part. The box it's packaged (not the ones it's mailed in). It is by far the most well designed in terms of graphics. I appreciate good visuals. BUT, you aren't sneaking this box past anyone. You aren't going to hide it from your kids, your husband, your mother in law or friends if they are present when your package arrives. You aren't going to be able to put it in a pile of other bathroom items to nonchalantly put it away. No, this box makes it very apparent you just bought 50 ovulation tests and 20 hpts. It's a boasting, prideful box that says to all, "this lady is proud to pee on sticks and I don't care who knows it." It's not just a he beautiful, eye catching graphics that makes this box conspicuous. It's the hilarious size of the box. When I opened the package, I first thought that my order was wrong and I instead received a Project Life Scrapbooking kit. Oh, no! It's a Project Life Creating kit that comes in an approximately 12" x 15" x 3/4" price of art. One day, it'll hang in the Smithsonian. After I stopped laughing hysterically, I took photos...because that's how wonderfully unique that box is...it demands to be admired. Thank You, Dearest ClinicalGuard: You made my day. The box alone was worth the cost of your tests. I think I'll be framing this one. Update: best hpt dip strip I've ever used. No indents. No evaps. No damaged or dented strips. Completely reliable. I've been ttc for 10 years and have never purchased such high quality dip strip tests. Definitely recommend these hpts over all other. I'll be back for next 2WW!!!

This package is great for the price
I had used store brand ovulation test prior to using clinical guard. The store brand did not work for me. Some of the tests did not read my levels or were saying I was ovulating for over a week, which is not true. I did not get pregnant that month. Then I tried Clinical Guard. These worked wonderfully!! I used as directed and was able to detect ovulation very easily. When using the pregnancy tests, it states they are early detection. With my first two pregnancies, I never tested early even with the expensive tests. For the heck of it, I tested three days prior to my expected period using the Clinical Guard tests. Unbelievably, it was POSITIVE! I did another and that too was positive. The test line on the pregnancy tests are much lighter than expected though. You really have to look and wait the 5 minutes they tell you. Definitely a great buy for the amount of tests received! One tip is to buy a package of those small cups at your local dollar store. Test strips are very small, thin and much easier to use when testing end is dipped in cup. Pros: - ovulation tests work great. - do not use first morning urine for OV test - test around same time everyday for OV test - Pregancy test did test positive before expected period. Cons: - both OV and Pregnancy test strips are very tiny and thin. - Pregancy test ink is very fair when testing positive.

Cost Effective Way to Learn About Your Cycle
The Pros: -The quality of these tests has been amazingly consistent. I’ve been using them for two years and have never encountered an invalid test. -The price point. There’s a reason why I keep buying these. For those who have an obsession with understanding your cycle or who are trying to conceive, this is a cost-effective solution and allows you to test first morning urine and afternoon/evening urine guilt free. I am a crazy Type A person and I tape the dried strips onto a spreadsheet during my fertile week to monitor the progression of the LH surge. -I have been using these in tandem with Clearblue digital ovulation tests, and the digital peak result matches up with the positive on these tests. The Cons: -The directions on these could be improved. The packaging doesn’t tell you when it should be collected (first morning urine, afternoon, etc). I also usually dip these for closer to 5 seconds rather than the 3 that is recommended (however long it takes for the dye to start spreading into the testing window.) -Environmental impact. There is so much packaging waste with these, but this is the case for all LH tests that I have encountered. I would love to see more environmentally friendly packaging. -It can sometimes be slightly difficult to tell if your test is truly positive or not (is the test line really darker than the control line?) Overall, I will definitely continue to buy these until I’m pregnant and would recommend them to anyone.

Updated: Pregnant after 2 cycles! Expired tests work! Empowering, Works with NFP
June: Intercourse = CD 12, 14, 15 Egg white cervical mucus = CD 14 Ovulation pain = CD 15 Negative pregnancy test = CD 22 29 day cycle July: Intercourse = CD 10 Egg white cervical mucus = CD 9, 10, 11 Ovulation pain = CD 9,10,11 Negative pregnancy test = CD 19 Positive pregnancy test = CD 21 ***** ***** I'm pregnant! I didn't get an extremely faint line until 11dpo. I saved one pregnancy test from an old package that "expired" February of 2021 to see if it would still work and it did. I included it in the images in my review. ***** ***** I have 27-30 day cycles and all the fertility signs like egg white cervical mucus and ovulation pain (or "mittelschmerz" according to Google). These blew my mind! How empowering to see exactly what is going on inside your body!!! For those looking to avoid a pregnancy, these work in perfect harmony with any NFP method, especially when you're trying to figure it out. Even though I have great fertility signs, I bought these because we've been trying for another baby unsuccessfully and I was curious if what I was charting matched my ACTUAL ovulation. I am hoping for a positive pregnancy test but at the same time I'm extremely interested in more data. I wish I would've bought these a long time ago to do research on myself!

Different product doesn't seem as sensitive
I tracked my cycles with the older version 4.5 years ago to great success and started again in early 2022 with success. I religiously got a positive a day or two before ovulation, always in the evening. I followed Amazon's "order again" thinking I received the same test kit I had before, but this arrived in a fancy envelope, in late November and they are slightly different - it says hold 10 seconds in the urine instead of 3 like before, and I can't seem to pull a positive even though I have all the other ovulation signs. Reading the last few reviews seems like this batch is not good? Or isn't sensitive enough? I'm nervous I'm missing my window because of this. Clinical Guard, please check or reissue another batch!

Quick & Accurate- We are pregnant after ONE ovulation cycle!
I cannot say enough good things about this product. I did not have a period for a year. I lost weight and got my period back in January. I tried the very laid back style of just counting 13 days after your first da of cycle, but guess what- that doesn't work if your cycle is irregular. February came and no period. End of March I started my period, and ordered this product, which is great because it has the ovulation tests AND the pregnancy test for cheaper than pregnancy tests. Even though my tracker for my period said I wouldn't ovulate in April, I went ahead and started the ovulation strips three days after my period stopped. The lines started very faint, then got darker. I would have MISSED by ovulation had it not been for these test strips. Anyways... Ovulation Day was April 16, and I used the pregnancy test strips on the 20th (too early, but I was eager lol), the 24th (where I could see a VERY faint line), and on the 28th, just 12 dpo, a big fat YOURE PREGNANT. Good luck to you! **A few tips: 1. When the faint lines start getting darker on the ovulation strip, start gettng busy. I didn't realize how fast it would turn, so we only had sex the day that it was the darkest and the day after. 2. It says hold the stick in the pee cup for 3 or 3-5 seconds. Don't hold it in too long because it can mess up the reading somehow. Just follow the directions. 3. Keep your strips in a journal so you can see the progression.. just wait until they're dry though lol
