Cute, cheap, one time use theme decor
Paper was thinner than I thought and some tore while assembling. Some of the streamers didn't have holes. Good for inexpensive kids party decorations. For the most part don't expect to pack these away to reuse for another party.

Double sided!
These were a fun design and double sided… I glued them to craft sticks as part of a centerpiece for a carnival themed party.

I should have read reviews first - Assembly required
I've done an almost identical type of decoration before, so I assumed I knew what I was getting. As another review noted, these do not come assembled. You have to attach the cartoon cutouts to the swirls. Little plastic locking ties are provided. They are longer than most folks would probably want so you see the annoying extra plastic hanging off and it can't be cut shorter because then it would lose the locking mechanism. At least 25% of my plastic ties were crushed enough that the locking bit was broken and so they can't be used at all. The cartoons that had thinner bits were bent.
