The only ear tool you actually need (Non-sponsored review)
Just to be clear, I am not a sponsor for this product and this is a non-sponsored review. I’m just a regular user who decided to skip the "sophisticated" electronic devices and go with this Medi Grade syringe instead. My local Urgent Care uses this exact type of primitive tool when they don’t have to use a fancy machine, and if it’s good enough for the doctors, it’s good enough for me. I’ve found that a manual syringe is much better because you have total control over the pressure. My routine is simple: I use this syringe for the heavy-duty deep cleaning and then alternate with standard cotton swabs for daily maintenance. It’s medical grade, reliable, and much more effective than any high-tech vacuum or camera kit I’ve seen. What worked for me: If your wax is stubborn, don't try to force it all out at once. I learned that it’s best to use a softener (like oil) for a few days first, then use this syringe with lukewarm water. I aim the stream at the walls of the ear canal rather than straight back at the eardrum—it’s much more comfortable and actually clears the blockage faster.

A Gentle and Effective Solution for Ear Wax Removal!
I can't express how satisfied I am with the Medi Grade Ear Wax Removal Syringe. This innovative tool has not only made the process of ear wax removal a breeze but has also provided me with a safer and healthier option. Using the syringe is incredibly easy, even for someone like me who was initially hesitant about ear wax removal at home. The design is intuitive, and the step-by-step instructions made the process foolproof. The gentle flow of water helps to dislodge and flush out excess ear wax without causing discomfort or irritation. What truly impressed me is the effectiveness of this syringe. It's clear that the design was carefully thought out to ensure efficient removal of ear wax buildup. With its controlled water flow, I was able to clean my ears thoroughly without resorting to potentially harmful methods like cotton swabs. As someone who values their ear health, I appreciate that this syringe offers a healthier alternative to traditional methods. It promotes the natural self-cleaning process of the ear without pushing wax further into the canal. This has not only reduced the risk of ear wax impaction but has also given me peace of mind knowing that I'm using a safe and recommended approach. The build quality of the syringe is top-notch. It feels durable and well-made, reassuring me that it will withstand regular use. The components are easy to clean and maintain, which adds to the overall convenience of the product. In summary, the Medi Grade Ear Wax Removal Syringe is a game-changer for anyone seeking a gentle, effective, and healthier solution for ear wax removal. Its user-friendly design, combined with its impressive performance, has made it an invaluable addition to my personal care routine. I can confidently give this product a five-star rating and recommend it to anyone looking for a safer and more effective way to maintain their ear health.

Surprisingly effective
No more blue bulbs for me. The design if this this is ingenious. The ol' blue bulb has a single stream of water that ends up on your eardrum, and it's hard to get to the sidewalls of the canal. This thing distributes the water towards the sides of the canal very effectively. My ears have been so cocked that I couldn't hear and within a day, using this device, they were clear. I took off one star due to the size of the syringe. Still haven't figured out what the medical industry has such an obsession with small the volume syringes. This is only 25mm. So plan on refilling it several times to get a thorough flush. To refill it you either pull out the plunge or take off the colored tip and draw water in that way. That got to be a huge pain. Also, being so small, one has a tendency to pull push hard, creating a strong stream of water which can irritate the canal. Also, such force can cause the tip to come off in your ear so be careful. I paired the tips with a 60mm plus irrigation syringe and can get a great flushing on one fill. Would I buy it again? Sure, but with 3 tips I won't have to. The blue bulb has gone bye-bye.

Awesome ear cleaner!
I have to clean my ears once a month because of wax build up causing plugged ears, dizziness and headaches. I bought one of the most expensive rechargeable ear cleaners here on Amazon and it doesn't compare to this simple syringe method. I wish I could return the expensive one but it's beyond it's return date. A total waste of money so don't waste your money on the others, this works great! Make sure to warm the water to body temperature, do not use cold water and use distilled water preferably. Be careful if adding hydrogen peroxide, my ear canals were burned twice at the doctor's office because they use hydrogen peroxide and water. So now I prefer to do it myself. I find that warm distilled water works just as well. I like having a small ear camera, specifically the Bebird or Loyker brands sold here on Amazon because these brands specifically you can twist off the spoon cleaning device. I don't use the scoops that come with most cameras, too dangerous for me, but the camera is great to be able to see and take pictures of before (of the wax build up) and the cleanliness after. I highly recommend this item!

Better without the tips attached
It works better without the tips attached- they don’t allow adequate pressure needed to flush the wax properly. That said, just go to the drug store and pick up a cheaper syringe- would work just as well. Just make sure you’re using something prior to break up the wax, like 1mL of peroxide. Flush as hard and as fast as you can and it works well.

This is great! I used it following facial surgery, and I had a lot of dried blood in my ear canal, which was causing issues with my balance. It was easy to use and effective. My balance returned to normal after use. Very handy to have in your medicine cabinet for emergencies.
