I loved this pineapple emulsion very much. The flavor is intense, tropical and very real, nothing artificial. With just a few drops my cakes, buttercream and fillings are left with a delicious pineapple aroma that is maintained even after baking. I was surprised by how concentrated it is: it yields a lot and you don't need to use a lot of quantity to achieve a strong and balanced flavor. In addition, unlike many extracts, the flavor is not lost with the heat and remains perfect in cakes, cookies and glazes. I also love that it is gluten-free, vegan and sugar-free, ideal for use in different recipes and for customers with dietary restrictions. I have used it in cakes, frosting and even in smoothies, and everything is left with a tropical touch of professional pastry.

1. I tried many brands. and msny flavors. This brand is head and shoulders over others. Pineapple is very strong, not bitter and stays true. Normally pineapple extracts taste bitter and fake. This one is so great! I keep a mix of pineapple/coconut for drinks, tea, etc. LorAnn coconut is also the best on the market. Far superior than just an extract. Buy em all! Blueberry, licorice, strawberry, pecan, butter, cherry, pumpkin, apple. Got em all + 7 more. Licorice is so good I bought a spare! The only one I don't really like is the raspberry. all so great, not sure why that one tastes bitter, fake and so much like alcohol!! I should ask them. Worth every penny

This flavoring does add pineapple flavor. Always make pineapple upside down cake or cupcakes and like the extra peanut much of falvor

I love the LorAnn bakery emulsion, but the pineapple has a very bad and chemically taste. The red velvet one is amazing, but the pineapple is a huuuge miss.

Very strong and artificial not a pleasant taste. Almost like a burning in your mouth.

This pineapple extract has an intense and authentic pineapple taste. It's thick, not liquid, and a little goes a long way. It really penetrates into food, enhancing the flavor beautifully. If you're a pineapple lover, you'll absolutely love this! Highly recommend.

Je l’ai utilisé pour des confiseries et ça ne s’est pas bien mélangé, ça nla pas bien figé et le goût était mauvais ( très artificiel )
