This is the first Blackberry device that I have used and owned. I had originally purchased it from Amazon, however, the device was probably stolen in transit and I received a box with broken seals with the charger and headphone only. Amazon sorted this out for me and I purchased the phone from somewhere else. Having owned samsung galaxies and iphones in the past, I wanted to have something unique and different that was not just this 'percentage faster' and this 'percentage thinner' etc from the previous model. With all the similar toys out in the market, only the key2 stood out as the most unique and innovative product that functioned not just as an entertainment device but a proper phone too. Initially, It was tricky for me to get used to the physical keyboard, however, typing on the phone is the best experience now, and I would never go back to a virtual keyboard. The phone has outstanding build quality , and looks and feels great too. Call quality is excellent, as is the sound when streaming media, contrary to many reviews that stated the speaker was not 'loud enough', this has not been the case for me. The screen quality is also outstanding, although I notice that the pixels are not as sharp as the 2k screen on my other phone (that I dont use any more, as i prefer the blackberry), but this is not rocket science as it is a 1080p phone. The great thing about sacrificing the desire to admire extra super sharp edges is that the battery lasts longer. The phone already has a great battery, i believe about 3500mah, and the fact that it doesnt have a 2k screen just means it lasts much longer. I am able to get over a days moderate use without having to charge it. The only negative thing about this phone for me is an issue withe the stock blackberry launcher. It has a bug that causes excessive ram to be used and slows the device down, this fixes temporarily when you reboot the phone but it is annoying to have to constantly keep doing that. Hopefully blackberry will sort this out soon, as it is such a great launcher. For now i have deactivated the launcher, and am using another launcher off playstore. Overall, great solid device that performs well as a phone for professional use as well as for entertainment. Like I mentioned earlier, this is my first blackberry device that I have used and owned and I am thoroughly pleased with it. Contrary to popular belief... i have come to the conclusion that blackberry phones are not only for professional use or for 'blackberry fans'!

First this is not BBF100-1, it is BBF100-6, /PRD-035/ India version. its means it is dual SIM 64G key2. Of course if you use MicroSD then you cannot use second SIM. The phone is good produced, with fast charge that quickly full up. Key 2 is good replacement for blackberry os10. It’s very fast and fluently. Honestly it is still have distance to OS10. As other Android that has too much useless app. In addition that hard to organise if compare to OS10. I meet some technical issue on this phone. So I contacted Blackberry mobile - After I contact Blackberry (Optimus, the manufacturer ) It can not provide service for this phone due to non record on their database. So I contacted Amazon service and send it back fro refund.

BlackBerry are dying - no support for apps and they really are quite disconnected and bear a poor resemblance to BB10 apps. Moving away from BlackBerry finally since I no longer use the apps.

I loved my BB Classic so after breaking next phone I had after it (iPhone SE) I couldn’t resist and bought this one...beautiful phone but after I found that it does not support Google Earth!!! which I need for work (kmz files etc) I returned it and bought iPhone 7.... PS: I don’t get why anyone would get phone with Android unless you’re IT geek. It does not stand a chance compared to old Blackberry 10 system or iOS, both are clever systems but Android is just the same pain as Windows...

I've had loads of different handsets over the years, I previously I had the keyone which I loved but I felt like it was stuttering about 6 months after, I then jumped to the note 8 which was a fantastic handset. However I have always had a soft spot for BlackBerry so I decided to purchase the Key2 and I am pleased to say I'm glad I bough it!. This phone is all about productivity, from the customisable keys ( you can allocate an action for all the keys for e.g M for maps or W for whatsapp) to the BlackBerry Hub which handles all your emails and social network accounts in once place. Even though the keys on the Keyone were good the Key2 has bigger keys with a matte finish they definitely do remind me of the BlackBerry Bold 9900 ( which I'm sure alot of people agree had one of the best keyboards ever!) People have been commenting on the battery life and I have to agree it's outstanding I can get at least two days battery life out of it which makes a nice change from previous phones where I had to make sacrifices in order for them to last (turn sync off e.g) Don't get me wrong you can use this handset to play games or watch Netflix etc but this is not what it is built for, this is for people who want a workhorse of a phone that gets things done!. Finally I was unsure which colour was best and ended up going for the black version and I must say it looks slick! If your bored of the same glass handsets that all pretty much do the same thing I would suggest the Key2 as your next handset ...it's fantastic.
