LockNLube Grease Fitting Caps (50 count) (Red)

The caps are well designed to snap over zerk fittings with some effort. They fit tightly enough to stay in place but take some thumb pressure to seat. They keep the fitting clean and make it easy to locate hidden fittings. All in all, a good idea at a reasonable price.

Some or the best snapping lock action zero caps I have used. Used to have the thin red ones from other manufacturer. Good enough to put on and fall off once the vehicle starts moving. These LockNLube caps is quality.

I waited a bit to try these caps before posting a review. I have a John Deere 1025r tractor I thought these would be great on. These tractors have ALOT of grease fittings. These caps are flexible enough not to break, they grab the head of the fitting very well and do not pop off. I even installed them on the mower deck spindles and rotating shafts thinking that they will probably fly off or come uncapped, nope, they stay in place very well. The bright yellow color also helps visually locating the fittings quickly and not miss any. Some people just goop extra grease on the fittings to cover them but over time it makes a mess. These caps keep your fittings clean so dirt doesn't plug the fittings. You get quite a few in a pack so you'll have plenty extra though I have yet to use them all. Very useful item that I didn't originally give a thought to but very handy.

Overall, I had a very good experience with the LockNLube Grease Fitting Caps. The quality met my expectations, and they fit securely on grease fittings to help keep dirt and debris out. The bright red color makes them easy to spot, and the 50-count pack offers good value. A few caps can be a bit snug depending on the fitting, but they work well overall. I would recommend these to anyone looking to protect their grease fittings.

I rebuilt a mower and needed a way to help identify the areas that needed grease. These are amazing for just that! Easy to see red let’s you know what to grease. They worked well for my needs.

this pop/slide on and cap very securely. everyone notices different colored brake calipers but no one puts red caps on their colored brake calipers. this is more a hard plastic - i'd love it if they made rubber ones. but either way they fit snuggly/securely and will probably withstand dirt/heat better than rubber ones.

I’ve installed them on my excavator and tractor and they do a good job of making zerks easy to find and keep dirt out. There are always a few zerks that get hit or brushed by materials you’re working with and these covers will not stay on but far majority stay in place.

These work a treat for keeping dirt out of grease nipples and are quite easy to remove to apply grease.

Fit perfectly on my Kubota excavator

They work great. I have them on my tractor and excavator. Keeps the dirt out and makes it easier to see where the grease point are located.

these small plastic caps are great for protecting the zerk grease fittings. Use them everywhere now but most important on wet bolts for RV suspension. Before capping zerk fittings, always took time to get grease to flow on some nipples due to dirt or damage. With these grease caps, each fitting takes grease first try, year in, year out. Very worthwhile purchase. Started using them on lawn tractor, stern drive and so on - good product!
