So I have trained for most of my life and tried many supplements. This is by far the best pre workout I have tried. Other pre workouts take 20-30 mins to kick, I could feel it after just 5 mins due to its high dose. Much more focus in the gym. More strength and more controlled reps as there was less lactic acid build up. Great product well done Dorian Yates.

Really solid pre-workout, gives you that unmistakable “cactus under the skin” tingling feeling that I absolutely love. It kicks in fast and powers me through intense sessions. However, it doesn’t quite give you the 20 servings as advertised. I train 5 days a week and go with 2 scoops per session, so it lasts around 3 weeks, roughly 15 servings in total. Still, not too bad cost-wise considering the performance. I would opt for bigger box which last a month!

Definitely not bubblegum flavour it tastes rank

I’ve tried several pre-workouts over the years, but this one really surprised me. Within 20 minutes, I could feel the focus and energy kick in. I had one of the best leg days after taking this. It gives a strong pump, sharp mental clarity, and doesn’t give me the jitters like some other brands do. The taste (is actually quite nice, and it mixes well. No crash afterward, which is super important to me. I’ll definitely stick with this before heavy training days.

This product works great for me, tastes not so great as I ordered the bubblegum favour but instead I received the watermelon flavour I'd be interested to see how the bubblegum favour tastes

WOW great pre-workout once I got over the initial shock of taking 2 scoops I had a great weight session definitely gave me the boost for a more intense work out. Definitely recommend he one scoop if first time using lol

Tried this product due to "Dorian Yates" branding. The product taste is not great but we use it for function. Performance was good in the gym. However the issue was post workout energy crash and constantly draining and feeling sick. So the compounded use for me wasn't good. I even adjusted the does to test and just a case of energy crashes and feeling sick. the feeling of it was enough to have start effecting the workouts.

I bought the bubblegum flavour expecting it to have the nostalgic bubblegum flavour, almost like those old panda pops. Oh man, the flavour couldn't be any worse. This is a physical representation of what drinking battery acid would be like. As a man that enjoys a whisky, this is definitely hard to drink. On the the plus side, the 20 minute burn is there every time. It fills me with energy and after 30 minutes I'm off the rails. But at what cost? This is a high stim product, you'll have pins and needles, your skin will be on fire, but you'll have a great workout if you can get through it - it's a bonus if you enjoy the taste of yellow cake If you're sensitive to stimulants, avoid it like the plague.
