I'm 5'11" and 163 lbs and swim with a masters group twice a week. This is exactly the size float I was looking for that doesn't get in the way with flip turns and is just the size to float my legs to the normal position.

This is a lot smaller than it looks and is not really suitable for anyone over the age of about 6 or 7 (of average height). if you have a child who is 8 or older and tall, the best use they will have for this is throwing it at their siblings, so you should probably buy the adult one. It is good quality, but only if you are tiny.

Muy bueno aunque es muy pequeño sirve para adultos también y para ponerse entre los muslos y rodillas por su curvatura y de esa forma irse acostumbrado poco a poco e ir adquiriendo fuerza en la piernas,se puede combinar con una tabla plana en la parte superior de los brazos para mejores resultados o con esta sola tabla ya sea que lo quieras usar en tus piernas ,rodillas o en tu brazos,se ve de muy buena calidad.

Está bien es pequeña, pensé que estaría un poco más grande… pero cumple la función, estaría bien construida sin detalles, excelente para cualquier entrenamiento acuático… me llegó bien en buen estado 🤙🏼

Sirve para adultos también. Llevo un mes de uso y está en buenas condiciones.
