More Consistent High Quality Mechanical Pencil
I use this mechanical pencils in school for high quality writing that looks neat consistent without the need to constantly sharpen. (which is why I use mechanical pencils over standard wooden pencils) This mechanical pencil fulfills this need, some other lower quality pencils I use just don’t do the job as well as the Uni Kuru Toga Roulette. Pros - The build quality is great - The grip is surprisingly comfortable - The spinning lead feature is good - The design is very nice Cons - Writing in cursive doesn’t spin the lead - You need to press a little bit harder to spin the lead Firstly I will state the obvious the build quality is great, and the design of it is slim and sleek without unnecessary parts protruding out. The grip as well feels comfortable as well which I thought wouldn’t be the case after writing for several hours, however I was wrong. However you don’t by this pencil just for the build quality you buy this pencil with the rotating lead in mind. Which I think is implemented finely, however the system isn’t perfect. For instance for cursive writers the spinning of the lead wouldn’t always actuate, and for people who write normally you do need to apply slightly more pressure than just putting the pencil on paper. (You could probably get used to it overtime) Overall if you’re looking to buy this pencil to have consistent writing I think it is a great buy the spinning lead whilst not perfect definitely does as advertised and the build quality is very nice. I would definitely recomend this to people who want a high quality mechanical pencil that lasts long, and people who want an extra layer of consistency to their handwriting. As for people who write a lot cursive I don’t think it is a deal breaker that the lead won’t always spin after every letter (mainly because it would still spin after every word, and the pencil still feels great) however due to the price I would maybe consider other similar quality options. TL DR High quality, designed well, feels comfortable, writes consistently. No huge cons, but takes a little bit of time to adjust the amount of pressure when pressing on the paper when writing to turn the lead, and cursive writers don’t benefit as much from the design.

Best pencil I've ever used
I guess I'll start off by saying I'm a bit of a pencil connoisseur. I've bought plenty of nice pens and pencils, most with some novelty like Dr Grip or Zebra Delguard, and I bought this pencil as a replacement for an old, cheaper Kuru Toga I had used for about a year. Although I purchased this simply as an addition to my collection, since I received this I have hardly used anything else. First let me say that Kuru Toga pencils have the best output. It's very difficult nowadays for me to go back to other pencils which result in broader lead strokes, especially when I'm using it for subjects such as physics and calculus where I'm constantly scribbling out tiny symbols and equations. The rotating tip in these pencils significantly does allow for a finer pencil stroke (and incidentally saves lead and paper space). Bearing that in mind, this particular pencil is the perfect version of the Kuru Togas. I love everything about it. This pencil has a bit of weight to it, which most mechanical pencils lack. That's not to say it's uncomfortable though. The mechanism in the tip adds enough weight to perfectly balance the pencil right in the center of where it's gripped, and I have literally written hours upon hours nonstop with it in complete comfort. On top of that, the pencil looks absolutely amazing. The shaft is matted black plastic that looks like metal and looks sleek and cool, while the grip is textured and feels and looks great. Everything about it is cool and has a unique aura of class and sophistication. My only little irrelevant complaint is that the window which shows the tip spinning is rather small (most other Kuru Togas have windows which wrap around the pencil so you can perpetually see the logo spinning as you write). However, this just adds to the subtlety which makes this pencil so fashionably great. So, this pencil is perfect. It feels great, it looks great, and it performs great. The last Kuru Toga I had has lasted now for more than a year, and the quality of this pencil is so fantastic I expect to be using it for years to come. It is absolutely perfect.

A Mechanical Pencil That Truly Stands Out
This is, hands down, the best mechanical pencil I’ve ever used. The Uni Core Keeps Sharp – Roulette Model feels like a premium writing tool from the moment you pick it up. The all-metal body has a perfect weight and balance to it solid but not heavy making it incredibly comfortable for long writing or sketching sessions. The real star, though, is the “Kuru Toga” mechanism. It actually rotates the lead as you write, so the tip stays sharp and consistent, reducing breakage and keeping your writing neat. I was skeptical at first, but it really works and makes a noticeable difference, especially if you write a lot. The knurled metal grip adds a professional touch and gives you full control without slipping. It’s become my go-to pencil for both work and drawing, and I’ve already recommended it to several friends. If you're someone who values build quality, performance, and thoughtful design in your writing tools, this mechanical pencil is 100% worth it.
