This product has saved the day of my businesses. I need to transfer files from my laptop which isn’t connected to the internet, to my apple Mac mini. Tried Ethernet several times. The cables work at first but then after I next reboot, it loses the connection permanently. This cable has been a business saver. Works every time, very easy to set up and very easy to use the software. I can transfer files with speed from the windows 11 laptop to the Mac mini, very quickly indeed. Wish I had seen this product ages ago, it would have saved me a lot of time and money messing with Ethernet cables and configurations. It’s just plug and play, as you need for computers these days. Excellent product with fantastic value.

I checked the reviews before purchase, some of which left me a little doubtful, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was not difficult to set up and transferred data etc from my old laptop (Windows 10) to my new laptop (windows 11) without any mention worthy problems. I'm no expert with laptops by any stretch of the imagination but the instructions were clear and I achieved all I wanted to. Then why don't I give it 5*? Well....rarely is anything 'perfect' and perhaps I was just lucky with my purchase item :))

When it works it fine, most of the time it didn't, so remove software and cable.

If your PC is stuck on waiting connection, restart your computer with the cables connected and restart the program.

Well I got this not just to transfer data etc. I wanted for my audio studio work/hobby. I can run my old windows 10 from my windows 11 and I have 2 monitors on win 11. Yet I can split screen 1 and put win 10 pc on as well. I personally think its awesome. But I hadn't used for somme time l. Now it's connected but not lett8ng me do what I was. I think I need to update or something. Maybe uninstall and reinstall will do the job. I shall get around it. It is perfect for what I want. I bought mine in 2023. So that's a good result. This cable was used to back up a Windows 10 PC to a Windows 11. I found I needed to connect a USB2.0 extender to the Windows 11 system to 'slow' it down. Then to prevent connection being lost soon after establishing it I needed to go through all USB drivers in Device Manager to ensure Power Saving was disabled, as it is enabled by default. Having done this the device functions perfectly, and the PCLinc5 software is very useful, reliable, and easy to use.

Un producto sencillo de utilizar y que cumple con lo deseado. Solo hay que enchufar el cable entre los dos ordenadores, instalar el software que tiene en cada ordenador, abrir la aplicacion instalada y darle a "Connect" a ambos para que se vean el uno al otro y listo.

Le câble a fonctionné quelques fois pour ensuite ne plus fonctionner du tout. A un prix pareil c'est inacceptable. N'achetez pas de câble de transfert de cette marque. Les conditions de remboursement sont tellement stricts que j'y renonce. 140 euros jeté par la fenêtre.
