Tried a few different brands and formations of L-carnitine, and this is by far the cleanest and best tolerated of them all. Loads of them had a horrible spaced out wired edge to them. Conditionnement très pratique. Pris depuis plus d'un an, avec des pauses, parfois un jour sur deux ou prise rapprochée en cas d'efforts physiques plus intenses ( danse) . Bien dosé 500mg pour une capsule permet de bénéficier des avantages du produit sans danger potentiel pour la santé. En limitant la fonte musculaire, permet de préserver les articulations ( notamment les genoux). Prescrit au départ pour pallier des troubles neurologiques dus à la maladie de Lyme en association à d'autres produits.
