Perfect for work, or play, if you want to hear the world, and music, or podcasts.
Sadly, through no fault of this product, my junky phone refuses to work with it. However, though using a phone that isn't a piece of junk, I've found I really like this product. This is my first bone conductive headset, so I don't have a huge basis for comparison, to be fair, but I can tell you that if you haven't used a good set, and are still using buds, this can be a huge upgrade to your work, or exercise headset. And make no mistake, this is a pretty good set, that feels well made, and very tuff, considering the price point.Often, I want to filter out the world, if I'm just running, but I'll be the first to tell you, that's not always the best, and usually isn't the safest option. With these, you don't loose any ability to hear the outside world. So it's easily the best option while working, and probably the better option when exercising, even though I still prefer to get entirely into my on headspace then.As far as this particular incarnation goes, I've owned a ton of ear-buds, true wireless, and banded like these are, and I tend to prefer the band, because you generally get a lot more battery, features, and ruggedness, for a lot less money. And these don't disappoint me in the slightest in any of those arenas. The only gripe I really have is the loss of that epic bass you'll get from ear-buds with a seal in your ear canal. Obviously though, that's not going to be something you're going to get with anything but ear-buds, a massive home entertainment system, or car stereo. Honestly, I was kind of shocked with how good the quality of bass was for me, with this set, coming from this medium. I expected some tinny noise, and you do get a little, but it wasn't nearly what I expected, and virtually disappears as you increase the volume a little. And that brings me to my only complaint with it functionally, in that it seems like the volume has a tipping point, with not a lot of in between. It's perfectly comfortable at full volume for me, and you can still hear it well at low volumes as it seems ever present even with lots of outside noise, but it seems like you get only a few notches of 'in the zone' variability. This may just be a personal thing, but it is my experience.Other than that, I don't really like the fact that this operates off a dedicated/proprietary pogo pin charger. However, I do understand how much easier that makes it for this thing to be water/sweat proof. So It's hard to count it as purely a negative. Since it's easy to see there's no real point for water, or sweat to get into the device, at all. It's just that keeping up with another 'special' charger is never ideal.Overall, I'd say it's an excellent product, at a really great price point that's worked very well for me up to this point, which pretty much justifies the purchase completely.

Great headphones for running!
I've had these Bone Conduction Headphones for a couple weeks now and so far, so good! I have used standard Bluetooth sports earbuds up until now and when it came time to replace I decided to give bone conduction headphones a chance.I am a trail runner and currently getting ready for a big race (Angeles Crest 100 Miler) and so spent 20+ hours a week on the trails in preparation. I listen to a lot of audio during the climbs to help pass the time, but I also need to be aware of my surroundings (snakes, etc).I have found these bone conducting headphones to be superior to standard in-ear bluetooth ear buds because they sit outside your ear, while actually delivering superior quality audio. So you can listen while simultaneously be aware of other surrounding sounds and people talking. In addition, the three button controls are easily located to pause and adjust volume as needed.I've gotten 8+ hours per charge, so the battery life is good as well.I will call out that the charging adapter interface to the headset is unique, it's not standard USB-C, but the other side is standard USB. It works well, just make sure you keep the cable safe! One last thought: I was initially concerned that these headsets wouldn't handle well on long runs because it's a bit more fixed and stiff that my previous headsets. However, I am happy to say, it sits on the back of my head/neck (fairly big head at 6'1") snugly and has never flown off.So, I am very satisfied with these headphones and would recommend giving them a try.

If only I had written this review yesterday...
...this would've been yet another 5 star rating for this headset.I LOVE bone conduction headsets and have bought literally dozens of pairs of these over the past few years. In that time I have learned I must buy ones rated IP68, so that is now the main feature I look for when I need to buy a new set. Usually that is very limiting though for selection; have at times had to just buy direct from the manufacturers in China or India even to find a decent pair that is IP68 and also has Bluetooth connectivity. Believe it or not, the Big Name Manufacturer's sole IP68 rated headset - which would cost upwards of $175-$200 or so mind you - doesn't have Bluetooth because they didn't have the foresight to think someone *might* want to buy a set that is useful when swimming and also when not swimming. After[the]Shocks I had when realizing that glaring ommission, I put my MBA degree to work and deduced that they must be "one of THOSE companies", you know one that is big on "cheapest possible to produce" yet they are selling it then for the highest prices point the market can bear for these headsets. So, no Bueno. And then one day I found These. They had Style. They had Grace. They had IP68 and Bluetooth. And they were even designed (& made?) in Japan, a nation that prides itself on prowess in precision engineering design and manufacturing. And, it seemed it was my extra special super lucky day, because they also had a 50% of coupon to close ck on that day! Woohoo! That was March 2, 2022. They arrived a couple days later, and were just awesome. Maybe my favorite pair I've ever bought. Great sound. Looked great. Super lightweight. In fact so comfortable I've been known to accudeby have them on all day. Fabulous. So in all fairness, I have edited this review on May 17th, 2022, and restored the original five star rating. Yes, I did have a couple problems about which you can read further on down. I'd rather deal with a company that makes mistakes sometimes but when they do they fix it rapidly than a company that I have no idea what to expect fro their customer service people. I had to contact them this past week, again, for the reason s listed below, but their super fast response, with an equally fast replacement product arriving at my house just a couple days later makes iKanzi a company I will trust going foward. Thanks iKanzi! And now for the rest of the original review....... March 23rd rolled around, got up and put the headset on. They didn't work. Gut punch. Not happy. Luckily Ana on's return window was still open so they just exchanged them for me, New set arrives April 2, 2022. Happy once again.Today is May 11, 2922. And today, once again, woke up to a dead header. Both sets would charge no problem. Would get the green LED saying 100% charged. Yet again the buttons simply quit working. And just a couple of days past the return window of course. Really, really unhappy. I had needed them today too, not just wanted them.
