You need this if you have an iPhone and rely on your compass function. No magnetic interference., since no magnetic closure! I can now use my phone’s capabilities to the fullest, whereas before I never knew when the magnet was leading me astray. Literally!

The plastic moulding that’s there to secure my phone to the case wouldn’t fit right so it didn’t secure the phone

There won't be any more Sena cases. Their website says that as of Aug '23, they were closing down the business. The leather is, in my opinion, quite nice & probably is "luxury". However, the protection offered by the SE 3rd gen case is minimal. The plastic 'surround' that holds the phone in place shatters easily & does not offer any significant level of protection. I had a Sena case for a previous Iphone and had the very same problem. At these clearance prices, it's an OK value.

Bought as a back up case knowing it does not have magnetic closure. Price was right.

I worked for a retailer who sold this case, and from 2016 it was a pretty good phone wallet. This latest case's phone frame is huge disappointment. I try very hard to not drop my phone, but it happens. And eventually after years of wear and tear it needs to be replaced. But this last case and one I purchased from Amazon in Nov '23 have both shown an extremely fragile plastic case that has chipped away at an unacceptable rate. The two previous phone wallets' cases are still intact but I've stretched the card pockets with continuous use. I'm moving on to a different brand, though real leather at this price is tempting.

Wasn't what I expected.

Pretty case. Always happy with the texture of the sena cases. Would be helpful if a magnet or small piece kept it close but that’s probably part of what makes this cheaper than others of the same brand. I owned 2 full leather sena cases before and they snapped closed. This one has a sleeker look without and switched to plastic around the case. While generally a good thing, the plastic cracked pretty quickly on 3/4 corners with one minor drop. The stand is pretty useful as well. I’d either upgrade to a more expensive case or just be careful if I needed to buy a new case. It’s holding up for its first 4-5 months! For the price, pretty good!
