I've tried dozens and dozens of herbs, and combinations of herbs. This is the best herb I have ever found for full body pain relief. I also occasionally take willow bark or dang gui or harpagophytum, which are all useful, but I think Cyperus/nagarmotha lasts longer and is more effective for pain relief!! I scoop the powder into capsules and I take one in the morning and one at night. Since starting this herb, I almost immediately felt better (within 2 or 3 days) and I have less pain than I have had in many years. Highly recommend this herb!!!!

I liked the flavor. It is slightly bitter with a earthy flavor so not something you eat out of the bag. The smell reminds me of smoked wood, like in a old log cabin but not in a bad way. Its a earthy yet wood smell. It comes in a non resealable bag which is a problem. You will need to transfer the power to a container of your own as I have done in the photo. I added two tsp to a glass of butter milk and it was actually good. In water the earthy smell or flavor is more pronounced. I could see adding some chocolate powder to it and making shakes. I got it to help with digestion issues hoping it helps. As well as see if it helps with my weak nails. Plan to take it daily for a month and reevaluate.

I'm jumping straight to the negatives: -Bad taste -You need to add A LOT to your drink -I could not tell if it was working or not So, I can only complain so much about whether or not this product worked because I only had it a couple of times before deciding that the taste was too much for me. It tastes like I am eating dirt that somebody put just a smidge of mint in. I don't like it. Now, I bet that this product would help with digestion because of the distinctly minty aftertaste that the product gives me throughout the day, which was probably the only plus of the product. However, I just could not force myself to drink this long-term. If you are somebody who knows how to mix this into food or a smoothie to mask the taste, then, by all means, buy the product. I think the price is fair and suspect it would aid in digestion like many mint family things do. Personally, however, I doubt I will buy this product again.

I put this in some iced coffee with some heavy cream and collagen powder. It didin't dissolve all that well but I was able to drink it. It was a little gritty but I like the idea it might help with weight loss so I'm going to keep taking it. It has an earthy taste and I am going to try to come up with another way to take it other than a spoonful. It also has a serving size in metric so as a dopey american I have to figure out what that is in our terms.

Nagarmotha powder is useful to manage various digestive issues like obesity, indigestion and worm infestation. It also helps fight respiratory issues, shields against infections, regulates diabetes, remedies hair troubles, relieves pain and inflammation, and reduces anxiety. I am giving this 4 stars for the impressive healing potential of this product. The taste, however, is aweful. I was trying to think of ways to consume it without enduring the pungent, bitter flavor. I think the best way to recieve the healthful benefits of this powder, is to put into gelatin capsules.

I bought this product to use in an oil infusion. Nagarmotha is also known as Cyperus rotundus which can be an effective anti inflammatory when used topically. I made a 1% concentration and combined the infusion with Four Bandits Essential Oil from Nikura which makes it a decent pain relief salve when combined with beeswax. Nagarmotha can also behave as a hair retardant. I've noticed a lack of hair growth on my legs after using this consistently for DOMS, but I also have poor leg circulation too so consider this as well.
