Easy To Use and install. Works Great!

Epad works as advertized.

The drivers that come with this device only allow it to work with certain applications. If you need to sign web forms you are asking your customers to sign, look somewhere else. Modern web browsers and the windows 11 GUI interface cannot use this device. I read all the documentation and tried it numerous times, I could not use it to replace a mouse our track pad to gather signatures.

Works well. Haven't had issues with it so far, but we don't use it a lot either. Easy and straight forward to install software needed.

My signature pad went out at my testing center. It was delivered the next day.

Working well. Better than the same product I had been using but this time I learned to reinforce the wire. I plug it in several times per day and was wrapping the were to put it back into my carrier each time I unplugged it. After a year or so the wire gave out at the connection near the USB and I had to hold it just right to get the product to connect. Real pain. But this time I reinforced the wire to support it better and hopefully allow it to last me longer than one year.
