Great for your focus
Great core, was excellent and fit like it should. Been afew months and so far so good I would recommend this for your replacement in your 2008 focus. Tip for the owners you can slip the heater hoses off from inside the car when you slide the box back!

Fixed my problem, a few minor issues
The product works, it's a decent fit, and it's affordable. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that it does NOT come with the o-rings (where you attach the expansion valve). The hoses were also a little bit of a weird fit, it wasn't a straight insert, there was some minor bending involved to get it to fit into the housing. But it all works at the end of it.

this product came with an ubsurd amont of dents and dings
As the title says, the core came with a ridiculous amount of dents. my goal isn't to insult or hurt the company responsible but to alert readers of what may be in store for them. to replace this piece in my car i have to take apart my entire dashboard, which is a painstaking and truly tiring process. if this piece were to not work in my car due to its numerous dents i would not only lose money on the product but would lose about 10 hours of my time in other words, it is tremendously crucial that this piece be of the upmost quality. i have already ordered a replacement i truly hope that this replacement is of a higher quality then previously received, i expect little to no dents on this product.
