Organic very clean
The perfect cup of Green Tea not too strong and bitter just right. No need to boil it to death. Just heat up your water. Pull it off the burner put your tea in and within 3 to 5 minutes. I think tops you got yourself a good cup of delicious high antioxidant, calming green Tea with just the right amount of energy, Healthy for the body.

High quality
Solid Chinese green tea. You can taste the roast in the leaves it’s definitely a different experience compared to Japanese green but still very good. I reuse the leaves an additional 2 times after the first brew and just let it steep for longer, but the taste is definitely weaker than round one.

Great! But...
Rishi's Jade Cloud Green Tea impressed me in a number of ways, and seems to be a very high quality green tea for the price. Its aroma is exceptional! Roasty and sweet, nutty (which I think they mention as a flavor/smell - it's a bit of both), and you can taste regional notes. It's very fresh, and the color is awesome! BUT... compared to many other green teas I've tried, this one's a bit too stout for me as an everyday tea. And by stout I mean it felt about 3 times more stimulating for the same amount of tea and brew time. Whew! I'll save it as a backpack/traveling tea. The 4 star rating is due to Rishi's description of the tea only - not the tea itself. It's definitely a smoother green tea, but its characteristic astringency has been traded for a slight bitterness, which I wasn't expected based on descriptions. (It's not overbearing if brewing method is adjusted to suit the tea.) This may be my fault in not having experience with Chinese curing/drying techniques versus Japanese methods, but thought I'd let buyers know ahead of time.
