This is the only store-bought pasta we buy anymore. My whole family loves it. It is high protein and much more filling than regular pasta. The best part is you cannot tell that it is high protein. It tastes just like regular pasta. It cooks well and keeps its shape. It is the same texture as regular pasta as well. We have tried other brands and the pasta falls apart or becomes grainy. Buying this pasta online in bulk is a great money saver.

I really missed the Tolerant brand lentil pasta but had a hard time finding another brand I liked (the Tolerant brand has been discontinued.) To my delight, I not only like the taste of this Barilla pasta as much as the Tolerant pasta, it has higher protein! My diet is 95% plant based and getting enough protein can sometimes be an issue. This pasta helps with that. The penne has a nice texture too, some bite to it and it doesn't get mushy. The key is to not over cook it. I add it to water that is already boiling and cook for five minutes then add in my sauce and other ingredients. I stir and cook 1 min longer then remove from the heat. Al Dente every time. I like the flavor, which is natural and doesn't taste like cardboard like some other brands. I'm so happy I gave this a try!

I don’t understand the bad reviews. I received 12 boxes in mint condition that expire in 2026. They came in a very large well sealed box. I love this pasta. It’s is not chewy as all it needs to be cooked within 3-5 minutes and it comes out perfect. It tastes like regular pasta but you can feel it’s healthier. Bo white flour. There is no added sugar. All natural. Someone wrote it’s higher in calories. It’s made with beans and peas. It’s healthy carbs and extremely high in fiber. As a thin athletic and extremely active woman this pasta is the best, keeps me skinny, healthy, and regular.

To us, this protein spaghetti is great and tastes almost like regular pasta, with perfect texture. It is the only kind we eat, thus, it is nice to be able to order in bulk of 20 pkgs. because spaghetti is on our menu often. However we received 19 pkgs, instead of 20. It seems that one pkg. was lost in transit from the bottom corner of the box.

Muy rica, no le pide nada al spaghetti normal, solo hay que tener cuidado con el tiempo de cocción si no se deshace. Igual tardo un poco en llegar pero llego en muy buen estado.
