Beautiful workmanship & very good quality incense burner. I liked the mini tongs included in the purchase. These are truly needed for handling a charcoal heated incense burner. Material is sturdy & did not tarnish much after use. It also did not conduct heat thru the handles which is a great safety feature.

Very solid and sturdy well made product

Performance could be better. Doesn’t burn for long. Does not come with coals to use with like it shows in the picture. That part was deceiving. The smell of what you use for the scent depends on the resin u use. Wish it last longer. Very Smokey. Appearance is super cute! Ease of use is easy and the size fits perfectly in any space.

Nice looking charcoal holder seems to be very sturdy. I bought a different burner in the past, and the screen fell apart on it in a matter of weeks. This tray doesn’t have a screen at all, but a solid cup instead, which in my opinion is superior to the cheaper and lesser versions. It looks like a mini gold chalice from church, and performs as good as it looks. This tray even comes with a matching gold set of tweezers/grabbers, which comes in handy when things get a little hot! Very happy with the purchase, I should have gotten this one the first time!!!
