You can't go wrong with weight world
I’ve been using WeightWorld Ashwagandha KSM-66 1500mg and have been very happy with the results. It’s helped i can't really say how much (I'd have to stop taking them & i am not going too) I’ve also noticed better sleep and more balanced energy levels. The 6-month supply is a great value, the capsules are easy to take, and the quality feels high. Overall, a reliable and effective supplement that I’d happily recommend.

I didn’t really expect these to work as herbal supplements usually don’t for me. However, i’ve been taking these daily for about a month now and noticed a difference in my anxiety. They aren’t miracle workers, if you struggle with anxiety it will still exist, but there has been a discernible decrease for me. I’ve had no negative side effects.

I didn't honestly notice a difference from taking these but that could just be me. I was taking one a day in the morning.
