It's great, especially for the price. I didn't realize it has a lifetime warranty until I received it and read the tag. I bought it for my wife to help simplify her commute, and I'm thinking of getting one for myself. It's not as big as her backpack she was using, so she had to change things up a little, but she fit everything she needed. I love all the little pockets, and the tiny one on the shoulder strap is great for when you're traveling. You can fit a few cards and/ or cash in it so you don't have to dig out your wallet, which of course means you can leave it on your back while standing in line.

This back pack is amazing for commuting to work. I have an hour bus journey down town and wanted something that I could pack everything. I pack my laptop, mouse, a paper note pad, pencil case, makeup case, bottle of water, full lunch, phones, chargers, hand cream and I stop for random things on my way home. It fits everything and is super comfortable. My favorite part is the card holder in the arm strap. This way I can easily grab my bus pass without taking my bag off.

I ordered this book bag in 2022, I use it regularly and it’s still in great condition. Only the metal decals on the straps in the front fell off about a year in. Easy fix but I just took them off. Lots of pockets, awesome quality and bigger than expected.
