Short shafts combined with Dimplex flights obviously improved my grouping and accuracy. This product is durable, value for money is good. There are occasions that the shaft tails would be dis shaped as tight grouping twists the shafts off. But still I think this is not avoidable for any shaft. Would recommend.

Throughout my life, I have found myself on the receiving end of the ol' short shaft far too often. I get the short shaft on a lot of things. My job, My ex-wife, that far-too-high interest rate on the Cavalier... But these shafts, the shortest I could find, are very, very good for the money. There are short green shafts, short red shafts, short blue shafts, and short black shafts. Lots of shafts to be had by anybody who perhaps breaks their plastic shafts, or just wants the sturdy feel of a nice, aluminum shaft in their hands. Shaft size does matter. These 43mm shafts allow you to keep on the straight and narrow path to victory, whether it is cricket, 501, or 301. You can get really wild with your choice of where to place these shafts, but as long as you maintain proper form, you can rest assured that you can shoot your shot anywhere you want to with these shafts. You don't have to worry about your shot hitting the wall, or the floor, or (God forbid) any of the people in the area that you play. Also, you can a shaft to anyone who is in need. These shafts will fit all standard holes, in most dart barrels, and will instantly get anyone back in the game who didn't bring any extra shafts, or perhaps found themselves with a bent or broken shaft. All in all, a fantastic shaft. The first time I have ever received the short shaft and been proud to know that I was the one responsible. I just loved knowing that one quick Amazon order provided all the shafts I could ever use, my friends could ever use, and my whole family could ever use. Even random strangers could arguably just ask me for a shaft, and I have so many I cannot see why I would deprive them.

The dart shafts I was using started breaking. I needed replacements! These worked great! I like that the shafts have a hole in them. You can use the point of another dart to tighten the shafts onto the forward portion of the dart. Lesson learned: there is a reason that you don't glue the flights to the dart shaft, namely, if you do, the flights can spin into another dart on the dart board and break the shaft. These shafts are aluminum, much more durable than plastic. I expect them to last for a long time! Also, I also ordered other dart shafts, but they were too big to fit into the weighted dart point. These are smaller diameter, and fit perfectly!

The metal wasn't separated enough to slide flights on any of them. Ruined multiple flights attempting to get them on. (And I've been using these same shafts for years).

Variety of lengths, they come in their own tin.

Liked the variety in colors and are working fine in darts. Will be buying more in the future. Found the flight holders to be a little tight, but have a tool for opening the gap...perhaps a tool in the kit would be a good idea.

Awesome product but didn't like the selection of how they divided up collors gave me 9,7,7,7 of each color would have preferred 9,9,6,6 generally when change shafts you do 3 at a time and I prefer to keep all the same color
