Wallet made of excellent sturdy material, is indeed leather, and is leather-scented. A good quality zipper. Plenty of I.D./Credit/Insurance/etc. card slots. Wallet opens wide, has 2 long billfold slots--one for cash (fits U.S. and Euro bills) and the other may serve for receipts. Wallet is not bulky. While researching for wallets, I noted that some people were frustrated with the dimensions of wallets. This seller provided dimensions, so Do Check this out prior to ordering. Everyone's needs are different, and the seller provided accurate dimensions. The wallet is slightly longer than the common american male wallet (note: this is a gender neutral product); but is still well-fitted for a pant pocket. The wallet is shipped from outside U.S., however, do not let this be a deterrent. The product was well-packaged, and an excellent mailing choice was selected by seller. There was a quick delivery, especially considering the recent U.S. ice storms and over-maxed online Christmas deliveries had knocked out U.S. transportation for awhile. I am pleased with this purchase. Update Review April 2015: Wallet still going strong, husband totes it around everywhere. Leather has softened, zipper still good, all flaps /snaps functional. Husband has received some admiring comments. He has adjusted to the size. Whenever this item breaks down, we plan on reordering. UPDATE 08/2016. Husband accidentally left wallet behind at beach, now lost. We are needing to re-order. The billfold was great condition, softened after daily use. Zipper and sewing was strong, no loose threads. Husband misses this wallet, the zipper is unique benefit for him. UPDATE 5/2018 Husband still loves his zipper wallet, buttery smooth leather. If husband loses this 2nd one, I will buy a 3rd.

Okay. First off, having measured the specimen I received, it doesn't exactly conform to the posted measurements. The one I have measures 5 1/16" x 4 1/16" x ⅞". That being said, it still fits very comfortably in my pocket. Some of the reviews had me on the fence about whether to go for it - some made it sound humongous - but I did, and I'm glad. Yes, it's a touch larger than the average wallet, but by no means a behemoth. It's most certainly not the size of a woman's clutch purse (as I believe I may have read). This thing seems very sturdy and well-made. There is a load of space in this thing (it's "bigger on the inside"), and cards go in and come out with ease. If you travel with more than this thing can handle, what can I say? You probably should carry a purse...or is it a "murse," these days? Glad I went for it. Would definitely recommend.

I normally don't write reviews for small stuff unless it is just awesome, and this wallet is beyond awesome. Nice leather, industrial zipper, 3 different huge areas for cash, to many credit card slots to count and cards slide in and out with ease, very large buttoned area for change or keys and such. 4 open faced plastic high quality mesh pockets for Id's or whatever. And several hidden back pockets. this item came all the way from Germany or the Ukraine, but it was delivered fast considering where it came from to the States. A tiny bit larger than what most Americans would consider for a wallet but not enough to make a difference in your pocket. I have been looking for the perfect wallet for a long time and I have finally found it. On a side note it comes with fake Eros and and little fake cards written in German, gave them to my kids and they loved them (thought that was kinda neat.) Update: It is now 2 years later (03/25/2016) and this wallet is still working like the day I received it, with heavy use. Love this wallet.

I wanted to wait at least a month to review this wallet.The price of this wallet is pretty awesome for all the detail and quality. I am really heavy handed & hard on my wallet so I need a durable wallet that can handle my wear and tear. What sold me was the heavy duty zipper they mentioned in the description. I really like all the credit card vents and the mess pockets are awesome. I can actually fit all my credit cards,gift cards, health Insurance cards and shopping cards, I know its why to much stuff but it all fits in this wallet on top of my cash and the receipts that I save through-out the weeks. I also like the zipper in the wallet to stash some cash. So far it is handling my wear -and-tear. No signs of falling apart. I really like everything about this wallet except one thing which is the credit card strap that snaps inside the wallet to hold the cards panels from fanning open. Its way to thick! The idea is awesome but its to bulky. If they can remove that feature or use thin leather with a smaller button snap I would have given this review a 5 star.

When you open the plastic wrap used to keep the wallet clean, take a moment and...INHALE...that sweet, rich, smell of high quality leather. It will take you a moment to remove all of the nine (9) little pieces of paper used to retain the form of the diverse "Kredit Karten" which can be stored. DOUBLE STITCHING! Yes!! Move the zipper back and forth--it's not only fun, but reassuring. You might be surprised at the "middle inside zipper" which allows access to a second (2nd) place for bill storage. Of course, they had to put "German Design" in their logo found on the change pouch. But it's an attractive leather embossing. This is, from start to finish, a quality men's accessory. The finest wallet I have ever owned. It attaches securely to the "Civilian Rewind Duo Retractable Cable" I got with the last wallet I bought from Amazon, seven (7) years ago. Don't wait for someone with a keen sense for fashion and function get you one as a gift--just buy one for yourself.
