It was a couple of months before we tried to use this product. We found after calling the Roku number that this Roku is the wrong one for my replacement. There is nothing wrong with it. However, I see it is too late to return it. It is unused.

Works perfectly with Roku TV’s.

This review is for the Samsung remote version of this listing. The remote was easy to pair and runs on 2 AAA batteries - it's not the solar charge/USB version. It does operate via Bluetooth so you do not need to point it at the TV, like the original. My only complaint is the Disney+ shortcut button doesn't work/isn't mapped. The other 3 are perfect. But that was a main selling point and why I chose this item.

THIS is for ROKU TVs not the roku devices. I didn't realize they were different even tho the seller clearly states the same thing. My fault not theirs.

It almost works. It pairs with the Chromecast (Google TV 4K) but it does not stay connected. Works for about 5 minutes, while you're selecting something to watch. Then you set it down. Pick it up after 15 minutes to pause what you're watching and it is no longer connected. Just has trouble staying connected and working. Battery level is fine. But just isn't reliable. Much more frustrating than it's is worth. Physically it's a nice feeling remote - it looks and feels almost like an OEM remote, same weight, etc. But since it does not work reliably it is kind of a waste of money.

This remote was easy to pair with my Chromecast dongle and works perfectly.

Great to have when the kids keep misplacing the remotes!!
