Good product , it came in good condition. It is perfect for men, but for women, the weights are very low. They sit around the hip region instead of being fit near the chest area. Sorry this is the only video i had which i sent a friend. But just for the ladies out there to show how it sits on the body. Rest everything is good

well it arrived two days latter than the expected date . first thing first box was damaged but that's all on amazon nothing to do with the product but it still makes me anxious what if the vest too was damaged and that too after being late this was like my 4 attempt on selecting a vest earlier ones were disappointing from different brands. i tried it on the fitting is good weight distribution is even and prodcut is as described above in the info area the load on shoulder is not too much to give a strain but good enough to feel it though i guess the structure is rigid like i won't be able to do situps and complex yoga posture and others core exercises where it require me to bend other than that it's got what you need if you want to do running and other cardio workout or calesthenics with weights . the sole con in this is it's rigid structure ah yes this is an update i have use this product loved it but there is a minor setback as there is minor tear near the sides from which i could see foam and it can be fixed with stiching but i just notice it today so sadly i could not ask for an exchange or return but otherwise still good
