Very good book. This book helps you to prepare for the CTAL -TM exam and more importantly enhances your testing skills. Scenarios and real life stories given in this book is just amazing. while reading the book, I went into memory lane of projects that I had executed in the past or working currently. This helped me to correct any mistakes that I had done and also enhanced my ability to work as a better Test manager for upcoming project. One other aspect that I liked about this book is focus on test team role for successful project releases and helping testing community understand how they can make themselves as a value add to their organization. Big fan of Rex Black now :)
