I am a classical guitarist with tendinitis and collateral ligament strain in the DIP joint of my left pinky. The recovery from this has been long and frustrating. I started using one of these silicon sleeves on the pinky at night at the recommendation of a physical therapist. I was skeptical at first, but after a few nights I noticed that my tendons and ligaments were less stiff in the mornings and the improvement in motion without pain finally seemed to be cumulative, instead of the the 2 steps forward, 1 step back progress I had been used to. Apparently, the silicon sleeve simply keeps the joint warm overnight and this encourages blood flow and healing. If you are a string musician, I sincerely hope you never develop any of these injuries. It is frustrating beyond belief. But these little silicon sleeves do seem to make a difference in recovery time.

Very helpful- when my big toe is occasionally sensitive to anything pressing on it, this is comfortable enough to wear under compression socks. I forget I have it on. Washed easily. Very satisfied!

Update: the vendor is extremely thoughtful and solicitous. Offered an immediate refund or free replacement with another product even though I never asked. Superior customer service! Original review: A gummy bear and mochi had a baby! I have a sad, damaged and painful big toenail and I jog 5-6 days a week so I need some padding/protection for it. This crazy looking thing, once trimmed, works quite well to minimize the discomfort during workouts. It doesn’t offer total relief because I still have a messed up nail, any pressure is painful (no fault of the product). After 3 uses and washes it became sticky so I dusted it inside and out with cornstarch as recommended and must do so each time from then on. So far it’s lasted with no tears or nicks for a few weeks but I have noticed a little patch of fungus developing on the skin directly next to my nail (there was none before). *So beware that this sleeve doesn’t breathe and traps moisture inside. Clean it and your toe very well after each use or you may suffer this as well.

I have a growing-by-the-walk blister on my toe. It’s painful, as u might imagine; not excruciatingly painful, but certainly uncomfortable. I have a pair of super comfortable high-end running sneakers, so footwear is not the issue. But I’m walking for a minimum of an hour five times a week. I asked ChatGPT what do about a painful blister on my big toe, and it recommended a gel slip on for my toe. I was not aware of this product. I was using Band-Aid blister band aids, with minimum success. But this gel blister slip on over my big toe is unbelievably great. The gel slip is stretchy material, so it fits on to my big top and is securely in place. Like as long as I have socks on, it doesn’t move. But putting socks on you have to be slow and careful so as to not catch the gel slip on. Today, I walked for an hour and fifteen minutes and I was wearing my gel slip on. I had absolutely no pain whatsoever. It was wonderful. I honestly cannot recommend these gel toe slip ons enough. My only concern is if perhaps a woman with smaller toes might not have such a nice snug fit. I’m not sure. I have a normal size toe, I think? But I’m 6’2” and have size 11.5 sneaker size, so that might be a factor worth considering. Otherwise, the protective padding these gel slip ons provide, it’s a game changer (argh, so overused phrase!), but true in my case. I would say woman or man, try these out. If u have a good fit on whatever toe is the problem, you will be golden and so much happier. I hope this is a helpful review. Good luck! Update: I want to add that I found my big toe with the gel slip on it needs its exposure to air. At the very least, make sure you take off the slip on at night while you sleep.

These are OK. I mean, they work like they’re intended. I didn’t get blisters from my toes rubbing together, but wearing them all day was also uncomfortable, because they’re a little thick, so they were tight in my tennis shoes after a full day of walking. I found band aids to work better, because they’re so thin.

I used these when I got a fracture in one of my toes. it was comfortable and provided a good cushion for the tip of my toe. It’s easy to put in. Also easy to wash and reuse.

These were awesome on my trip that had a lot of walking, they have earned a permanent place in my travel bag. I only needed to use one big toe one and one of the smaller toe size. So comfortable, protected the blistery places, weren't noticeable while on the hike, and I could wash them in the hotel at night for the next day. Weigh next to nothing so it is convenient to carry a couple in a baggie in my day bag for any blister emergency.

arrived very quickly and so far excellent - had to cover 4 toes with blisters and damage and was able to walk without limping or pain with open toes shoes - can heartily recommend! So easy to stretch to fit over plasters/big toes etc and comfy to wear

J’ai deux petits doigts crochus, un de chaque pied. Ils ont commencé à me faire très mal en marchant. J’avais l’impression de porter des chaussures trop petites, le bout du doigt écrasé, mais même pieds nus c’était la même chose. Il faut dire que j’ai acheté ces capuchons sans grand espoir, mais miracle! Plus de douleur. Ils sont facile à mettre, et restent bien en place pendant la journée. En plus ils ont l’air très discret, on ne les voit guère. Après lavage le gel me semble un peu collant, peut-être j’y mettrai du talc pour faciliter la mise en place.

Son de buena calidad, pero a pesar de haber pedido la talla S, son demasiado grandes para los dedos de una mujer, sobre todo para el meñique, que es don de tengo el problema. Me ayudaron algo, pero no mucho
