I've been taking these for years and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. I usually take these during the work week so that I can get right into it. No crash or anything and don't get headaches when I don't take them on weekends or while on vacation. The increased energy isn't instantaneous, but I much rather prefer the extended concentration/energy that it provides. I've recommended to lots of friends and colleagues who are trying to get away from their daily Starbucks runs.

I swear by Nutrabio. They make some the best supplements available. I have been using them for at least a decade. The product is pharmiceutical grade caffeine in a 200mg capsule. Sources say that caffeine in amounts of 400-500 mg a day are not exceptional I will say that this capsule does not make you buzz along. It is modulated. I use it for strength workous and I get a sustained but not stressed response. I can easily workout for 1 hour and feel fine afterward. Unless you have a specific reason you cannot absorb caffeine, check with your doctor and try it. You cognition will certainly appreciate it.

I ordered this product thinking it was all natural, pure caffeine.., be aware that it is not pure natural caffeine it’s synthetically made. The title reads pure caffeine, which leads you to believe that it is all natural, it is not. Very deceiving.!! I would rather have given this product zero stars!

Made in the U.S.A. No fillers. Works well for energy. Easy to swallow, easy on the stomach. What's not to like?

Good quality, love nutrabio! But the product was not for me, not caffeine hit! No energy no difference on performance. But maybe is good for you! My best friend love it!
