Great stuff for broken bones!
Taking this with Jarrow's Bone Up, wild lettuce, etc. for a broken arm. Helps quite a bit so far... I like the version with alcohol generally better, but can't make it right now bc I broke my arm! So far, so good. It would seem the alcohol-based boneset would be more bioavailable, thus 4 stars instead of 5. Some people have issues with the alcohol base, so I guess that's why it's a mix of glycerine & alcohol? It tastes better I suppose (it's sweet), but I'm after healing effects, and can wash it down with some juice or milk. This is really a great herb if you break a bone, however! It's been used for hundreds of years, if not longer, and for good reason.
