It says it comes with “100 number cards chosen for optimal fun.” So does that mean it’s just 0-99? Or are some numbers missing or doubled?

Hello! For "optimal fun", we've chosen our 100 number cards so that there are more of the easier-to-use lower numbers, such as 0 - 10, and we also removed some of the more difficult-to-use larger numbers, like 85. We've also left out many tricky prime numbers, like 97. We've found that doing this makes for a better mental math experience!

Is there always a “solution” on the “board” or are there times when everyone is stumped and you need to re-deal some cards?

Given the huge number of ways that equations can be made, there is almost always a solution somewhere on the board, and it's usually a pretty straightforward one. However, if for any reason players are stumped and can't spot the equation, the rules stipulate that you can deal 3 more cards to the center of the table. With 12 cards instead of 9 now on the board, it's incredibly unlikely there wouldn't be an equation somewhere in there.

Is it possible to play with just addition and subtraction, or do my kids have to be familiar with all the operations?

Hi! It’s definitely possible to play that way. I would also just recommend that you remove all cards over 30 from the deck so that it’s easier and more likely to be able to make equations with just addition and subtraction.

Would this math game be good for Freshmen in Highschool?

Fun game if your child likes mental maths.

My child enjoyed this more than I thought. We have adapted the rules slightly to make it more interesting but good for anyone wanting to sneak in a bit of maths practice without their child realising. If your child hates addition/subtraction/multiplication etc then probably avoid.

Great mental arithmetic game

My 9 year old loves this game. Initially borrowed from school and enjoyed it so much that we bought our own copy. Great for learning and challenging mental arithmetic with a fun slant.

Genuine customer service after receiving faulty packaging.

I had purchased this as a Christmas gift and it could have been sent in better condition the box looks scuffed up or wasn’t printed well in the manufacturing process and the plastic packaging is rather scratched. However on messaging the seller and finding sincerity in their customer service, I will be repurchasing again and hoping the following delivery is in better condition.

Phenomenal rip off

I can't honestly believe I've paid money for this!! It is a pack of cards with numbers on them. That is literally all it is. I like the idea of the game, but save yourself the money and make your own at home.

Cannot understand the cost of this game??

It's a small pack of numbered cards that you work out the sums on then collect to win. It was fun for a while but why is it so expensive?
