This product is fantastic and is definitely the best on the market!! I've tested my share of chipping hammers and once I purchased this one, my search for a great product ended!!! I have put this chipping hammer to the test daily and it remains in excellent condition. If you are looking for a great chipping hammer that is durable and reliable, I'm telling you to look no further, I love the handle design and the hand grip is very comfortable. I advise everyone to stop wasting your money on those "spring-handle" chipping hammers, they are made from cheap steel and if you use them daily, you will always end up sharpening them nearly every 3-4 days until there's really no metal left to sharpen. After purchasing and using my first one, I've bought 3 additional Estwing BIG BLUE Welding/Chipping Hammers to give to my fellow welders as gifts! Thanks Again Estwing!!

Hobbyist welder here, not a pro, but, wow, just from an aesthetic perspective, this hammer is a thing of beauty and it rings like a tuning fork when you tap it. An LLM tells me the ringing is because of the hardened steel, one-piece construction. Some people on reddit find this annoying, and I guess a jobsite full of "ringing hammers" or "estring" hammers might not be great, but there are several suggestions for toning it down. For me, with an admittedly naive view, it looks, sounds, and feels like quality.

This is a great chipping hammer for any price. Ill start off with my one negative which is the handle is made from some rubber material, so do not put it down on anything hot or drop anything on it. Other than that, you cant find a better chipping hammer than this. It is very durable and has sharp edges to get into anything you need to, I have gotten lots of use chipping away slag and sometimes using it as a normal hammer because it can take the beating. I have barely seen any rounding of the edges and when they get bad enough I am planning on just taking a flap disc to them to clean them up a bit. I would highly recommend this hammer to anyone in need of a quality chipping hammer.

Amazing chipping hammer well worth the money. The weight and grip of this tool is just right. This is not a flimsy Chinese knockoff the real deal. Estwing tools are quality products made with American steel.

Der Pickel ist hervorragend verarbeitet und wirklich sehr robust und Abriebsfest. Haben ihn seit einigen Monaten in Verwendung, oft auch verdreckt im feuchten lange liegen lassen. Nix rostet, lediglich ein paar Kratzer, jedoch nicht tief.

J'ai longuement hésité avant de commander ce produit, mais, dès la première prise en main le prix s'efface pour laisser place à la satisfaction, un produit extrêmement massif, robuste, bien construit, je l'utilise comme soudeur projections, décapage etc, mon seul regret est de ne l'avoir pas trouvé plus tôt.

ferramenta que despensa comentários. já é a 5° ferramenta da estwing. ferramenta premium feita pra durar a vida inteira, ferramenta feita pra tu deixar de herança. essa em especifico muito bom, estou iniciando na solda. ela tem um aço extremamente duro não deforma com facilidade. e você pode usar ate pra alvenaria se quiser como um martelo "Picola" premium kkkk recomendo muito
