I have not yet used the product to clean windows as the weather has not been cooperative. That said, I was pleasantly surprised by the heavy duty nature of the extendable pole. Very nicely padded easy to extend and retract. It also stayed extended in my tests, in other words, it locked in place nicely. Despite its strength and stability the pole is light and easy to handle. I can add more once I have actually cleaned my second story windows and sunroom roof with it.

The telescopic extension pole worked really well for our extra tall windows. The telescoping feature is sturdy and very easy to use. The scrubber worked well for the dirty windows. My only ask would be for a sturdier, slightly bigger squeegee. However, overall I am happy with the product. The customer service was exceptional. They truly went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with the product.

The pole is very good, wash head is very small and poorly made so if you need a pole good choice but as I did you will need to purchase a different head

If you want a sturdy, high-quality, telescoping pole, this is the one. Don't mess around with flimsy poles, just get this one and it will last a lifetime and do the job right. I bought the version with the window washing attachment. It's awesome. I will probably buy some of the other attachments as well. I wish they offered a universal camera mount so you could attach a phone and take inspection photos of gutters, etc.
