My daughter asked for it and the minute we got the Pure Living Liv Organic Sprouted Buckwheat Flout, she starting whipping up the ingredients for a pumpkin pancakes with buckwheat flour. OMG! It worked! I can still feel the yummy pancake taste in my mouth! The packaging is great! I like storing my ingredients in their original package with the label and everything. The amount is good, too. I will recommend this product.

This is the best light buckwheat flour I have found for my gluten free baking.

I love the light flavor if sprouted buckwheat. I can make normal yummy recipes. I am actually ordering more as soon as I finish this review

Love that adding this to other GF flours or even using it alone, you increase protein intake in whatever you're baking decreasing the total carbs. Taste is phenomenal in everything I have used it in.
