Camel Up: Off Season

Game is an absolute blast. Can serve as both a chill or competitive game. Would highly recommend!

Love this game! If you are wanting a game just like the original Camel Up then this is not it. The only thing that is similar between the original and Off Season is the camel theme. This was not a game I sought out but when we found it 50% off at our local game store we decided to give it a try. We love it. The bidding on who starts reminds me of 5 Tribes. The selecting your market reminds me of Puerto Rico or Citadels. The press your luck part of it can remind me of Take 5. All these mechanics we love in the other games and have loved them combined in this game. Played it twice the first day we had it because one game wasn’t enough. The game was super fast and easy to learn and play. I will caveat this with we love board games and so the mechanics felt familiar. It might take a bit more to get if you’re not very familiar with these types of mechanics but still I think most people will catch on quickly.

The game is okay, but it's evident that there was a handling issue with the product, as shown in the picture of the broken box.

The game is ok but I wish they would have made an expansion for the original instead.

I eventually got round to playing this game last night! It's an awesome, fun game that is so unpredictable due to the fact you don't know which camel's die is going to come out of the pyramid next! The last place camel actually leaped to the front on the last leg of the race 🏁 to win, so nothing is a certainty! Definitely buy this game! You will have a lot of fun evenings playing it with family and friends 🧡. It's for 3 to 8 players (6 players upwards you can make an agreement on your betting choices!). Friends dad didn't seem overly sure about playing it, but as soon as he played it he loved it!

This is a proper board game and one of the Camel Up series of games. Good fun for all the family.

This is a nice little push your luck game. Family friendly and easy to learn. We bought it as we love Camel up, but buyers should be aware that this is a very different type of game. But overall we really like it. It was REALLY cheap so a little sceptical as thought there was a potential this was a fake (loads of fake games are now flooding the market) but it arrived and looks ok, components and insert same matching quality as Camel up so confident it’s genuine.

This game plays very different to the original Camel Up. It's okay, but quite simple. I'd recommend watching some how to plays before purchasing to make sure it's your type of game
