Orgran Buckwheat Pancake Mix - 375 gm

The only wheat-free buckwheat pancake mix I've ever found. Unfortunately, the cooking instructions give you only the option to use the whole boxful of ingredients - which makes far more pancakes than I can eat in one sitting. However, I learned to freeze the extra pancakes that are made and then put them in the toaster when I want to eat them. This offers a much more satisfying crispy texture than pan-frying alone, so I won't attempt to figure out how to adapt the instructions to make smaller batches.

Love this pancake mix, it’s so versatile. I can add spices and vegetables to it and make spicy asian pancakes or do a sweet version. I love the fact its gluten free and vegan

This is great stuff

I make these pancakes for the whole family, and we all love them. Only I am gluten free. Great with lemon and sugar. Or with savory fillings. Recently used them as the base for an Ottolenghi recipe. Much better than sorting from one gluten free flour.
