I never write reviews, but this stuff is incredible! For the first three weeks, I followed the instructions on the product website and divided my daily serving of 100mg into two doses throughout the day. I took three pills in the morning on an empty stomach and two pills before lunch on an empty stomach. This brought me from a 31 ferritin level up to a 38 in 3 weeks. I was happy with the modest progress. After chatting with ChatGPT on how to maximize absorption, I decided to start taking four pills a day, all at once, in the morning on an empty stomach. Neither dosing strategy gave me any stomach discomfort. After two weeks on the once daily dosing strategy, my ferritin levels went up to 73!! So overall I increased my ferritin levels from 31 to 73 in five weeks! I’m not sure if the once daily dosing is actually more effective OR if my body needed to replace it’s serum iron before it started increasing my ferritin (ferritin is the body stored back up iron). I have a feeling it’s the ladder because my serum iron first tested at 56 and then at 134 and then at 130. Regardless, I cannot recommend this product highly enough. One dose is easier to remember as part of your daily routine so best of my experience I would just do that. I drank mine with coffee every day. The only thing I avoided was large servings of dairy/calcium with it. If I wanted milk or yogurt, I would have that at nighttime. Just like the instructions say; it is hard to interfere with the absorption of this product. And it is very gentle on the stomach. I couldn’t even feel it in my stomach. My energy is already better. And my hormone production is showing improvement on the lab work due to my body being properly fueled with iron. I’m now down to two pills a day and will keep checking my levels to see if I need to keep taking one pill a day to maintain or if I can actually get off of it. Thank you for making such an amazing product. I’ve been experiencing infertility for several years, and I am hopeful that this will help bring my hormone levels into the fertility range.

I’ve been taking this iron supplement for a little while now and it does seem to be working. I’ve noticed I feel less tired during the day, which has been a big help. A lot of iron supplements upset my stomach, but this one has been really gentle and easy to take.

This iron really works. It is easy on my stomach and can be taken without food. I felt better almost instantly. I am no longer cold all the time and the lines in my thumb nails have diminished.

My daughter has been on this supplement for 9 months for. low ferritin - it started at 7 and is now up to 65!! no stomach side effects and does not need to be taken with vitamin c!

I was so excited that this would finally be the supplement that would get my iron back up! Especially after reading so many positive reviews. I've taken iron supplements for 10+ years (the highest doses you can find), but nothing ever reallyyy made a difference to my iron levels. I was so excited to finally have more energy, especially since I've started long-distance running and desperately need more power! However, after taking these iron pills for four days (starting slow - with one capsule a day, ramping up to 4 capsules/day on the last day), I got the WORST chest pain, acid reflux, and felt like I couldn't breathe. I usually never have issues with taking supplements, specifically iron as well (I've been taking doses that my friends vomit from), so this was the first time that a supplement impacted my body so much. I've started having constipation pretty much from the start, as well as a bad taste in my mouth, which I could've both lived with if it meant getting my iron levels back up, but the pain I felt last night really was unbearable. Despite so many positive reviews on here, as a long-time user of iron supplements, I would not recommend buying this product and I will no longer be using it.

I've had low iron (not anemic) for years and tried sooooo many different types of iron. I haven't found any of them tolerable until this one. I used to get terrible reflux or other GI side effects from iron, which prevented me from taking it. With this iron, I started at a lower dose and slowly scaled it up to be safe in case I had side effects, but I haven't had any. Very rarely, I might have an iron-y burp, but not in the way I used to with other brands. I also find it really helpful that this doesn't need to be taken with Vitamin C, and that the absorption isn't affected by eating at the same time. This iron has really freed up my routine since I don't have to worry about everything preventing absorption. I've been taking Iron Repair for about 4 months now. I haven't had my levels retested yet, so I'm not sure how much my iron and ferritin have come up, but I definitely feel like I have more energy since starting this.

I have been taking another brand of iron for years with minimal results. I'm starting on my second bottle of Three Arrows and am happy with my experience so far. I am starting to feel less tired and just feel better overall.

This has been a great supplement. No digestive or other troubles. My ferritin went from 14 to 26 in 6 weeks. My doc had me add a 3rd pill daily to keep getting the number up and I still have no tummy troubles which can be so common with an iron supplement. Big fan.
