Can I connect a wall air conditioner?

I would advise you against it for a couple of reasons. 1) AC units draw more power than lights, cell phone charges, tablets or even televisions. When possible, you really want your AC unit on its own plug and circuit when possible to prevent tripping the breaker or overloading wiring or the surge protector itself. If you have a 15 AMP circuit (and this plug is only rated for 15 amps), you should really not be above 12 AMPs, and even a small AC unit can pull 5 or 6 AMPs. 2) Which brings us to the second reason. You want the surge protector between the AC unit and your electronic gear, and it is unlikely that each plug is independently surge-protected (I am guessing here - I couldn't find the electrical diagram for this surge protector). The AC unit when it cycles can actually cause small surges as the system turns on and off, and putting the AC unit on the surge protector may not protect your electrical gear from a surge that originates from the AC unit.

It says input voltage is 110-240vac, 60hz, so i can use it in countries where the standard is 240vac?

The original questioner was correct - it says in the specifications that its voltage range is 110-240V: Specifications: Color: White Input Voltage: 100-240VAC; 60HZ With the right plug adapter, it probably could be used abroad. Realize that it's not a converter so only plug in devices that can be used with the voltage/frequency going into the unit.

How do I contact the manufacturer? I am missing the long center screw that secures the unit to the wall outlet.

I'm not sure. If the outlet came with the screw missing, I would return the product to where it was purchased. Otherwise, a quick fix would be to go to the local hardware store and buy a screw that is long enough to go through the charger and into the wall outlet.
