Even the colors on the pretzels themselves appeared faded, which made me question how long they’d been sitting around before shipping. Not What I Expected: For the price I paid, I expected much higher quality. This felt like a product that had been on the shelf too long or wasn’t packaged properly to maintain freshness. As a gift box item, presentation and quality should be top priorities, and this missed the mark on both counts. My Recommendation: I’ll be sourcing my gluten-free pretzels locally next time, where I can check freshness dates and quality before purchasing. I never write reviews but these are great. Even if you don’t need to eat gluten free, these are delicious. Very crunchy too! I bought them as a treat for Christmas but can see me buying them for other occasions if they’re still available.
