Nice light,has been fitted a while now and still looks perfect. Put a Phillips Hue bulb in, works well as a smart light.

These are really good quality materials and a well thought out design. They look great and are a nice addition to the hue system.

Put a smart light bulb in this fitting and ended up with a smart outdoor light, without paying the premium Hue price.

This light is exactly the same as the Philips Turaco light but without the Philips Hue bulb. Its made of aluminium with a plastic cover and feels very well made. It represents much better value as you can choose your own bulb to go along with it. If it helps, the type of bulb this light takes is E27 screw bulb.

I bought two of these Philips Bridge Exterior Wall Lights for my back garden to brighten up the entryway, and they’ve been fantastic for the past four years. I fitted Philips Hue bulbs inside, and they integrate perfectly with my system, working flawlessly. The lights themselves are robust and have a great look, but after four years, they’ve aged quite noticeably. Despite trying various cleaning products, I haven’t been able to get them back to their original condition. That’s the only downside to what has otherwise been a solid and stylish addition to my garden lighting.

As others have said, these seem like good quality, robust light fittings, but they age badly and after 4 or 5 years, the translucent plastic is badly discoloured and the fittings need to be replaced.
