Most decks are consistent with the positioning of the major arcana. This seems to have the strength (VIII) and the justice (XI) cards confused. I refer to a guide many times, and this caused a little confusion for someone like me. That being said, it’s a beautiful deck indeed, the artwork is amazing. The deck feels really great, perfect size.

First the negative aspect(s). If you are looking for a beginner tarot deck that will give you accurate readings then skip this one. No kabbalistic symbology will be found here. No traces of RWS concepts. For divination purposes, it can be done, but it will be like having to re-learn this tarot from zero. But if you know something about tarot then you know it's intended original purpose was not for divination.That being said, the art throughout the whole deck is amazing. All cards (including pip cards) all have amazing art depicting mythical people/creatures/gods/monsters. For it's uniqueness this is one of a kind. Card stock is pretty decent. All in all this is a 5/5 for me.

This is a unique and beautiful deck! Very happy I purchased!update: Wow! after using this deck more and more it has so much depth to it. At first glance some of the cards may cause you to ask hmm i wonder why they used this creature for this card? and then spending some more time with the card and doing more research on the creature you begin to understand how perfect and carefully thought out it is! If you love to research (as i do) you will love this deck!

I love this deck - it is so different and speaks loud if you are into your mythology! This is an out of print deck that I would not have been able to find otherwise - I love it! Highly recommend.
