Excellent customer service
First delivery was defective. It was not working. We have returned them. We received the replacement with good quality pieces. There is a suggestion that instead of metal piece, they could use plastic one so that there is no fear of electric shock.

Good Product
I'm writing this review after 1.7 years. Really a good product, if you know electrical basics, you can DIY with the help of the diagram sticker on the product.

Worst product
Seller sent me already used product as it had wire tape stains on the wires and the product was burnt damaged not working. I placed a replacement and amazon delivery person didn't replace and marked the order as delivered. Had to wait for a whole month for return as i didn’t got refund. This product design is very bad as it would get burnt very easily as it works on capacitive dropper to drop the voltage and some zener diodes to regulate the voltages. The diodes get burnt very easily. Seller is in some kind of fraud with amazon delivery. In the photo uploaded you can see the cheapness of the product as it just has zener diodes to drop and control voltage which is burnt and the board below it has burn marks

Heating issue
I have connected all 4 lines but after sometime it will start heating. Product working is good but after turning OFF and ON the state of the device triggered as ON (This is wrong method). Again turning OFF and ON the state of the device turns OFF (This is correct method). If I do same again state of device gets ON and again it will work normal.
