I got the size I normally wear in my back brace and it is extremely tight. So if you purchase, I recommend getting the next size up from what you normally wear.

Not for me, but still good.
So I bought this because i was seeing my gut stick out on stage (I am a stand up comedian, you should check me out) and I wanted to hide it for videos, but it was too tight and made me nervous thinking about it so I just decided to lose some weight. I probably will try to use it again and see if it helps me lose weight. I would get it though, if you want.

Save Your Money...
Don't waste your money!! It was obvious that a model was wearing the one in the advertisement. At least it was comfortable however it did not perform well at all.
