Great product! I use it in my copy cat starbucks “pink drink” recipe. It is perfect for smoothies and even baking such as in breads/cupcakes. Uninterrupted real strawberry flavor. Two thumbs up.

Bought this product to attempt to replicate a drink I had at a restaurant. It was very good tasting but couldn't get the gritty texture to go away. Leaving it to marinate in acidic types of drinks like lemonade and kombucha helped but never entirely went away.

I bought this item to make a special treat with my grandson. No where on the post does it give an allergy alert. The ingredient label reads “strawberries”. There is however a small allergy warning at the bottom of the bag on the back . I did not see it before my grandson tasted the product and immediately started to have a reaction. I think with something as serious a peanuts the warning should be clearly visible before you purchase the item. It is not on any of the pictures 😡

This was exactly what I was looking for. I made homemade strawberry frosting and it was delicious!

I bought this to flavor macrons. When the package was delivered it was one clump. I opened it to break up product, it was a sticky. It went in trash.

Bought for flavoring cupcake frosting and … not for me… it tasted off.

Taste great and stays powdery in the zip up bag.

We just had a smoothie which had paper in it. We couldn’t figure out where it came from. My husband pointed it out after drinking 3/4 of his smoothie, I stopped after 1/4 because taste was off. I hope we don’t get sick or die. I couldn’t figure it out until I opened my second envelope and saw the desiccant/oxygen absorber. I had not used this before, I read the instructions, tore open the envelope and dumped contents in with other fruit and vegetable powders. We wouldn’t have known where the "paper" came from had I not thought to check the other envelope. I don’t recommend this product packaged as is.

I liked the product but on the package mentioned as put ice cubes and drink..if ice cubes r not added the drink does not become tasty.Also if not grinded using water in mixer..the powder becomes sticky...but overall the product is really good..but the price needs to be reduced and quantity needs to be increased sorr ..
