Hunza Organic Adzuki Beans (5 lbs)

I had never heard of Adzuki beans before. I sprouted the first batch, and they were wonderful to toss into salads. I put them into a refrigerator dish as soon as they softened up and showed a tiny sprout. They tasted just like raw green peas. Slightly soft and chewy. Plus, they are wonderful for you! Will try them cooked next. This brand of beans is good quality and very clean. Try them...packed with nutrients!

Great organic beans, excellent with rice. These are next to impossible to find where I live so I’m happy to find them here on Amazon. You hardly need to worry about finding debris in the bags, they are very clean

I can't remember now where I first read about these beans. But the write-up was sufficient to get my attention, so I ordered a couple of pounds. The product arrived and sat on the shelf in our cupboard for a couple of months before we finally got around to trying them. Then, we were all, "Holy Cow! These beans are freaking delicious!!" Hence the second order. Get some, you won't regret it.

Is this adzuki beans ? Not I buy at Asian store. Cooked unfortunately not what I was thinking
