That is the absolute worse customer support i have ever encountered
I haven't even used this much, but I can tell you the quality is average. More importantly is that the service from Fargo absolutely is unforgivable. II am in the IT industry with years of setting up and managing all manner of printers, access points, security cameras, etc... In my work i have to log into the firmware of most devices to configure them. Most devices require a user name and password and this device is no excepton. The BIG issue i have is that I called Fargo to get that information and I have the device with serialnumber and recipt information in hand and they would not give me the information. The person would only say go back to the company that sold it to you. That is the absolute worse customer support i have ever encountered. Fargo should feed itself a bullet in my opinin.

No issues at all
The product is as advertised and spot on for single sided card application. Prints perfectly.

Great for printing on HID Prox badges
We've used this printer for 5 years, and are purchasing a second one. This printer works perfect for printing ID information on our HID/Prox badges. It's a little confusing on setting up the print area initially, but once that was figured out, we've had no issues.
