Very good product, fast scanning, and many software features.

Happy with this little machine. I bought it for the compactness and it is very small and easy to store. Scans are good and the OCR feature works well. Sometimes it doesn't pull in the last page when you scan a batch of paper but it is easy to append more pages to a document. Really happy

Great little scanner if you could get it to work but unfortunately it is not even though the advertisement say it is compatible with Windows 11 it is not the software doesn't work, Canon have issued patches to fix the start-up software. They don't work with Windows 11 either, and when you read into cannons website even further they blatantly knew that these scanners didn't work which is why they've been discounted so heavily so wrong and I had work to do this weekend, which is why I ordered the scanner nobody bring me to fulfil my obligations enabling me to move on Tuesday unreal

Had a bigger Canon scanner previously but after 10 years it was getting a bit tired and emotional. Don’t do as much scanning as I used to so went for this instead. Incredibly easy to use but not as robust as my previous machine. Will probably serve me well but if you do a lot of scanning I’d recommend going for a bigger Canon

Use this to scan invoices for our business. Lots of scan options. Works quick and scans both sides. I was worried it would have trouble feeding in, but this is working well. I can fill the feeder with about 30 at a time and it feeds without jamming. All good at this time. Probably scanned in over a thousand invoices so far.

This scanner is very fast and simple to use. I use it as my own personal scanner next to my computer.

The wrong mains lead was supplied. I wanted to use the scanner for scanning photos but I could not any decent results and was not sure the scanner was responding to option changes I made. There is no specific Photo setting. The software and manuals were difficult to follow, quite often different from the diagrams and pictures.

Absolutely brilliant and the software is great and simple to use.

I have had the two previous versions of this scanner and even though they have wowed me, this one is the BEST! It works flawlessly with Mac Ventura AND Windows! It is virtually idiot proof and has all the needed software loaded onto it already. Even updating the factory settings was pain free. It does double sided scanning and automatic page sizing which makes it a rarity at this price and size. I can't recommend it enough for ppl who want to (try to) go (totally) paperless. It's perfect for newbies and experts alike. Btw the only reason that I bought the newer version was because the PII didn't work with mac and my P150 has a loose usb port. BUT they still work wonderfully. So, I suspect the R10 will last me a good 6-10 years of hard use (yes, I'm serious).

Ce scanner est très pratique. Extrêmement compact il rentre dans la mallette d’ordinateur et peut être emmener partout. Réglages faciles et données de sortie modulables. Il m’est indispensable.

Der Scanner arbeitet auch in höchster Scanqualität sehr zügig und zuverlässig. Wir haben ausschließlich Canon-Geräte im IT-Einsatz und wurden auch mit dem Scanner nicht enttäuscht. Die Software unter MacOS Tahoe 26.1 lief nicht sofort und war etwas Einstellungstüftelei. Hier sollte Canon lieber richtig geprüfte Software anbieten, die man über den App-Store laden kann. Wegen dem Softwarethema „nur“ 4 Sterne.
