Are the compartments individually sealed or does all your paint start to dry out when you have it open and are using a single color?

There is just one lid. When it is closed the paint is sealed and colors do not run into each other. When it is open all the paint is exposed to the air. I have not found it to be a problem I keep a little spray bottle nearby and give all the paint a little spritz. If I was going to paint for a long time with just 1 or 2 colors, I think I would put them out on a separate palette. I have found this Transon Paint Saver storage to be quite handy.

Can I buy an extra silicon seal, because mine got torn when I washed it?

I don't know the answer but would try writing to the company. Most sellers on Amazon and very responsivee

Does this work with m graham watercolors ?

Yes, with care, it's an excellent palette for M Graham (or any honey based paint). Only fill the wells about 1/2 way, and keep it flat at all times. I have not had any issues with paint "traveling" into other wells when used this way. The small size allows me to use it along with a porcelain mixing plate or mix up small washes in the lid.

Would this work for cosmetics?

It’s really small but I think it would. There wouldn’t be leakage if that’s what you’re concerned about. It’s pretty airtight. But as I said very small.
